KAIROS shows fighting spirit on soft ground at Hanover, scores at Listed level in second career start for Liberty Racing 2024 Platinum.
His debut at Cologne was already impressive, and today the two-year-old KAIROS certainly topped that performance in Hanover.
The Zarak colt, who is trained by Henk Grewe for Liberty Racing 2024 Platinum, turned his second career start at Hanover into a full success, going into the winter break undefeated. With Leon Wolff in the saddle, KAIROS was right up there at the front from the start in the 2,000 metre Alson Youngster Steher Cup and put up a thrilling fight in the final straight.
Wolff directed the colt to the outside rail where he fought off Abachi's attack in a two-horse finish and prevailed by half a length with great fighting spirit. In the end, there were twenty lengths between the two frontrunners and the rest of the field. A more than impressive performance by the Zarak son, bred by Rashit Shaykhutdinov, whose fans can rightly look forward to next year after today's performance.
