Selene (1921-1946) was one of the most important English thoroughbred mares and is part of one the most influential dam lines in modern horse breeding. She produced the outstanding sires Hyperion, Sickle, Pharamond II and Hunter's Moon, establishing an impressive bloodline that can still be found in many successful thoroughbred pedigrees worldwide.
An X-path refers to the inheritance of genetic traits that are passed down through the X chromosome on both the sire and dam line over many generations to the offspring, which in short can represent "the big heart" in a racehorse. Liberty Racing will launch a special syndicate for the BBAG Yearling Auction 2027: Liberty Racing 2027 Fantastic. Only sons or daughters of Fantastic Moon will be purchased to race for this syndicate.
Liberty Racing will select and purchase 3 candidates from all of Fantastic Moon's offspring offered at the BBAG Yearling Auction and will thus also support the stallion on the auction market and offer breeders good sales opportunities. These 3 horses will then be trained for the syndicate and will wear the Liberty Racing colors in the races.
The Liberty Racing 2027 Fantastic syndicate will consist of 20 - 30 shareholders and one share will cost €20,000.
