It's a boy! A colt by FANTASTIC MOON for ABADAN und Liberty Breeding 2023

A few days ago, we received some eagerly awaited good news: ABADAN, owned by Liberty Breeding 2023, gave birth to a handsome colt by FANTASTIC MOON on May 11. The dark bay-gray colt is very much in his sire’s image—compact, lively, alert, just as all the foals from the first crop of the Sea The Moon son have presented themselves so far. The very next day, he was already curiously exploring the pasture and his surroundings. The Samum daughter ABADAN was bred by Gestüt Karlshof and, during her racing career, placed in a Group 3 race and won two Listed races. This is the mare’s sixth foal; her filly by Cracksman will be offered at this year’s BBAG Yearling Auction.
