Liberty Breeding at a glance

  • Founder: LIBERTY RACING Management UG

  • Term: 14.10.2023 until 31.12.2030 at the latest

  • Shares: 20 at EUR 10.00 per year (6 times - always on 01.08.)

  • Subscription period: 14.10.2023 to 31.08.2024

  • Participants: up to 20

  • Number of broodmares: 3 to 5

  • Selection criteria: Top German dam lines

  • Stallions: Stallions in Europe; selection is based on pedigree analysis (IT programs), analysis of the buyer market, etc.

  • Sales/dissolution: All yearlings will be sold in Baden-Baden; the broodmares will be sold by 31.12.2030 at the latest. The shareholders decide on the sale of the broodmares in shareholders' meetings.

The aim is to breed champions for the world together with friends and acquaintances in a breeding syndicate.

We have set ourselves the goal of promoting the thoroughbred as a cultural asset by specifically strengthening the currently shrinking breeding market and breeding together with top German dam lines.
