Syndicate shareholders visit their stars at the racing stables in Cologne, like every year.
Yesterday, as is tradition, Liberty Racing invited syndicate shareholders to visit the racing stables in Cologne so they could watch their horses in training up close while enjoying beautiful weather. First, the group visited the Henk Grewe's quarters, where the trainer patiently introduced all the horses under saddle and spoke at length about each one. The colts took to the track in two groups, giving the owners a good insight into the regular training routine. The group then walked over to the Asterblüte stable to watch the training against the historic backdrop and take a close look at the Liberty horses.
There was a relaxed, cheerful atmosphere, said co-founder Nadine Siepmann the morning after the event, which she deemed a complete success. Siepmann found the many new faces that she and Lars-Wilhelm Baumgarten welcomed in Cologne particularly motivating. “Some shareholders traveled from far away, from Berlin and even from Switzerland,” said a visibly happy Siepmann. “That makes me very happy, because it’s exactly what we need in horse racing and why we originally founded Liberty Racing.”
