- Selection criteria: Proven and unproven stallions possible, focus on the horses' classic potential for the Derby and the Diana. Selection will be made as in previous years (IT program, inspection at stud farms and at auction, selection team of 5 people must agree to the purchase).
- Sales/dissolution: At the end of the 3-year period, the horses are sold – 1 horse may be kept for another year after a majority vote. Settlement takes place on December 31, 2027. All proceeds and profits, after deduction of all costs (purchase, training, veterinary, etc.), are paid out to the shareholders.
